Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy HBOT is known for providing help with infective conditions. Do you or someone you know have infective conditions? Consult your doctor and see if HBOT could help. The Wayne Reynolds Trust was set up following our son's successful use of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy for mucormycosis (a fungal infection). While Wayne succumbed to leukaemia after 18 months, his life expectancy would have been only weeks had it not been for the HBOT treatment.
The Wayne Reynolds Trust has been formed so that New Zealand patients with illnesses like infective conditions known to respond to hyperbaric oxygen can receive treatment, even when the New Zealand public health system, for whatever reason, declines to support it.
Each application received will be reviewed by an independent medical panel. On the basis of their recommendation, patients who cannot afford the cost of treatment may receive financial assistance.
We welcome donations to the trust. Have you or someone you know benefited from HBOT? Do you have a trust fund or resources available to help out others?
